NOT EVERYONE
Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'”
The Apostle John said, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
The Apostle Paul said, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9.
An Apostle of Jesus, James, said, “What [does it] profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what [does it] profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?” James 2:14-20.
Whom do you believe? We cannot believe in all of them because we can get confused! And that is exactly what Satan wants. Satan loves confusion. Why? Because Satan knows that when we are confused Jesus will cremate us alive when He returns. God the Father will cremate us alive, the same God that drowned millions or billions of people during Noah’s time - senior citizens, adults, children, and babies.
In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.”
What is or are the will of the Father? The will of God the Father is not what the Biblical scholars tell you it is. The will of Jesus’ Father is not what the fortune tellers tell you it is. The will of the Father is not what your Sunday or Sabbath school teachers tell you what they are. The will of the Father is not what your preachers or your husbands and wives tell you it is.
The will of the Father is the will of the Father.
Read again what Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23 about the will of His Father in Heaven.
How do you know what my will is? Hear what I say and read what I write. Very easy! You don’t have to be a genius to hear what I say and to read what I write unless you are deaf or blind. Hear what I say and read what I write, that's it! What is so difficult about that?
How do we know about the will of the Father?
READ what He says and hear the voice of the Holy Spirit that comes to our hearts. Open and read your Bible. Open your Old Testament and New Testament, and read them. The problem with most of us is that we hear our own voices. We hear our own voice day and night! And we read what is not there. Isn’t it amazing?
The problem with us is that we keep listening to our own voice, and not the voice of our Shepherd - Jesus. We keep listening to the voice of Bible hackers, and not the voice of God.
Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”
Do we hear His voice and follow Him?
May God enlighten us all.
