THE WILL OF GOD THE FATHER

Readers, do we know what the will of God the Father is?  Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness !'” Matthew 7:21-23. We know that practice lawlessness is not the will of God the Father. But do we know what practice lawlessness is? Practice lawlessness is living in sin . What is sin? Sin is the transgession of Gods laws (commandments). Have we been breaking God’s laws ? If we have, then we are guilty of practicing lawlessness. Jesus rejected these men/women of great faith because they were breaking God’s laws . Breaking God's laws is a serious offense. All will perish for breaking God’s laws, unless we repen...

A DAY OF REST

Readers, I hope you have taken adequate rest when you read this post. Why? Because I want to present to you a new approach to an old idea that has been misunderstood by millions of Christians all over the world for a very long time. Exodus 20:8-11 says, "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day [is] the Sabbath of the LORD your God. [In it] you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who [is] within your gates. For [in] six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that [is] in them, and rested on the seventh day . Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.” Many Christians think that God blessed the seventh day after the LORD had made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that [is] in them in six days, and rested on the seventh day, as if God needs a break after six da...

WHY ARE WE SO SMART?

Jesus said, "If you love Me, keep My commandments. "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever, " the Spirit of truth , whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. "I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. "A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. "At that day you will know that I [am] in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. " He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word ; and My Father will love him, a...

REPENTANCE

Tonight I want to write a little bit about repentance. Jesus and the prophets have talked quite a bit about repentance in the New and Old Testaments. Jesus said, “ I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Luke 5:32.   “ I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” Luke 13:32. “I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.” Luke 15:7. “From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” Matthew 4:17. I encourage you to do your own Bible research on this subject of repentance because this subject on repentance is VERY important as it relates to this following subject - YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.”For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to...

JESUS DID NOT WANT TO DIE FOR US

Readers, do you know that Jesus did not want to die for us? How do I know it? He said so. Jesus said, “ He went a little farther and fell on His face , and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me ; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You [will]." Matthew 26:39. God the Father sacrificed Jesus for us. It was God the Father's will that Jesus died on the cross. Have we ever thanked God the Father for His valuable gift to us? No. Why? Because the pagans did not know that God the Father had sent Jesus to us. God the Father gave Himself a gift, the Sabbath, a day of rest, and He wanted us to keep that day holy in remembrance of Him. But the Gentiles have changed the Sabbath to their day of worship, the Sunday, which is a pagan's holiday. The gentiles have changed the seventh day of the week to the first day of the week. The Jews have never changed the holiday that God the Father gave to Himself. They honor the Sabbath. That was the only h...

THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO SAY

Revelation 20:7-10 says, “ Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number [is] as the sand of the sea. They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them. The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet [are]. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.,"Many will say to Me in that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart...

IF YOU LOVE ME

Jesus said, " If you love Me, keep My commandments.” John 14:15. Jesus did not ask everybody to keep His commandments. No, He did not. There is no need at all to sweat. So, why are we sweating if we don’t love Him? If we say that we love Jesus but we don’t give a crap what He says, then we should start sweating. Why? Because God doesn’t like liars. God hates liars. Or, do we think that Jesus loves liars? One of the Ten Commandments says that we should not bear false witness, such as claiming that we love Jesus when in reality we don't love Him. If we don’t want to keep His commandments, do not say that we love Him when we do not. That’s a lie. That’s a sin. Sin separates us from God. The more sin we commit, the farther apart we are from God, until we reach the point of no return. There is no guarantee that God will forgive our sin, no guarantee . How do I know that? Look at Adam and Eve. Suppose God looks at us as if we are Adam and Eve. He gave them no second chance, out...

HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD WE FORGIVE?

Peter asked Jesus, “ Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?" Jesus said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.” Matthew 18:21-22. How many times did God the Father forgive Adam and Eve? Not once! Zero times zero. Why should we forgive up to seventy times seven? Jesus said that if we do not forgive those who do wrong against us, God the Father will also not forgive our sin against Him. Why am I saying all this? Because God can/cannot forgive whoever He wants to forgive, but we cannot. And so, forgiveness from God is not always guaranteed. God did not forgive Adam and Eve. He forgives only those whoever He wants to forgive, and not one soul more. Look, my readers. Do you know why Jesus has not returned yet? The Bible says, "The Lord is not slack concerning [His] promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that a...
