PEACE

Jesus said, "But why do you call Me `Lord, Lord,' and do not do the things which I say?” Luke 6:46. What is it that Jesus wants us to do? This is what Jesus wants us to do. "If you love Me, keep My commandments . "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me. " Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:15,21-24,27. In Matthe...

WHAT ELSE?

Readers, I found it difficult to understand the charges that Jesus accused me of doing. And I am asking you all to explain and help me understand. This is what I found this morning. Jesus said in Luke 6:46, "But why do you call Me `Lord, Lord,' and do not do the things which I say?” In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven . "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” First, Jesus accused me of not doing His will, and then He accused me of not doing the will of His Father in heaven. Whose will are we doing now? We follow and do what Jesus’ apostles had told us to do in the Scripture, e.g. Paul, James, Peter, and a few others. We...

THE NEW vs THE OLD COVENANT

Biblical scholars talk a lot about the new covenant vs the old covenant as if they are two different covenants. No, I don’t believe so. Why? Because the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ is an extension of the Old Covenant. Why did I say this? Because Jesus said, “For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me.”John 6:38. "For I have not spoken on My own [authority]; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. "And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak." John 12:49-50. So, Jesus came to earth was part of Yahweh’s overall plan to save the world, and not to die to pay for our sins. That was not His plan. How do I know that? Because Jesus said, "In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.  Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as [it is] in heaven. ...

MY PEOPLE

Readers, I am going to write an article this morning on a topic that I have never thought I would write or even expand. I got the idea when I first woke up from my sleep. God said, `I [am] the LORD your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.” Deuteronomy 5:6. "I [am] the LORD your God , who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. "You shall have no other gods before Me.” Exodus 20:2-3. These excerpts I took from the Ten Commandments that God gave to His people. If you are not His people, the Ten Commandments do not apply to you. No sweat. Don’t worry, keep on doing what you have been doing. Do what makes you happy if that is what you want. The Ten Commandments apply only to His people , and not to sun worshippers, pagans, or outsiders. For example, what do these sun worshippers know about “ You shall not make for yourself an idol”? Nothing. They have been worshiping idols for hundreds or thousands of years. ...

THE GREATEST DISAPPOINTMENTS

Readers, a voice keeps telling me that I should write this article. I tried to ignore that voice, but it won’t go away. So, what is that voice about? Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'  "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23. This period is called a period of the greatest disappointments when Jesus rejects millions and billions of despondent believers who claimed to be Christians who expect to be saved and go to heaven but were not, whose number [is] as the sand of the sea. Jesus called them lawlessness practitioners , even though they claimed that they are men/women of great faith. The Bible describes this situation in Revelation ...
