Have we been saved? Are we absolutely sure that we are saved? How can we know for sure that we are saved? How? By faith alone? Or by faith and works? James 2:19.
Let's find out from Adam and Eve what God had told them after He created them. "And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. I believe God did not want them to know about evil! Knowledge about evil makes them and us do evil things. Knowledge about evil makes us abolish all of God's laws and commandments without feeling guilty. When there are no more laws and commandments to keep, we can do anything that we want without violating God's laws and commandments. That's how smart we have become after we know good and evil.
God took away salvation from Adam and Eve because they have violated God's laws. They have not met the conditions, the terms, that make them eligible to receive eternal life.
I believe that the only way that Jesus will give us salvation is if we have met the conditions or terms for salvation. Do you remember the story about the two thieves on the cross? One was not saved, and the other one was saved. The first thief who was not saved made abusive statements against Jesus, but the second thief who was saved surrendered himself to Jesus. What does this story about the two thieves tell us? SALVATION MUST BE EARNED! No one will give us any warranty of anything unless we have met or fulfilled the terms of the warranty!
The Jesus' salesmen who peddled Jesus in churches claimed that they know what we must do to be saved. Do they? No, they do not! Can they save us? No, they cannot. The only thing that they can do is to sell to us Jesus' promises to save us. Do they know what we must do to earn eternal life? No, they don't. They say that we have to do nothing. It is a free gift. They call that "grace." Do they know what the terms are? There are no conditions attached far salvation, so they say. Does Jesus know these peddlers? No, He doesn't know them! If He knew them, why would Jesus say to them, "I never knew you! Depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness! " Matthew 7:23. Satan can give them the power to prophesy in His name, cast out demons in His name, and do many wonders in His name. Please read this. In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me in that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
These believers who can say ‘Lord, Lord,’ who can prophesy in Jesus’ name, cast out demons in Jesus’ name, and do many wonders in Jesus' name. They must have the faith to do all these things. But why did Jesus reject them and call them you who practice lawlessness!' Why?
Jesus calls them lawlessness practitioners!
I believe that what these believers do is not according to the Law - “you who practice lawlessness.” Did they get grace from God? No! Do you know why? Because “grace” must be earned! Instead, they will get the HOT OVEN for not believing in Jesus! They will get the hot oven for saying that God's words are hyperbole and spam. Faith alone is not adequate for our salvation. Grace is nonsense according to Matthew 7:21-23. So what is missing? I believe what is missing is obedience. What is missing is work. What is missing is obedience to God. What is missing is fear of the Lord.
Our prophets who are now in heaven have followed His Commandments. They have met the terms set by God (YAHWEH), but the disciple Judas Iscariot did not! He disobeyed his Master's rules. He did not meet the terms set by God. He only fulfilled the conditions he set for himself.
Most of us are not Bible scholars. We look to our Bible teacher for the meaning or interpretation of certain Bible passages. If we are not sure, we will ask our Bible teacher. But woe to us if we believe and agree with what they will say to us without asking more questions. Why? Because what we're about to hear from them is the corrupted version of the contract with Jesus, made simple for small children to swallow, but not the original version that was presented to all our prophets and approved by God. Why the watered-down version? Because Preachers have to be true politicians if they are to be successful in their business. They have to make their listeners happy, or else their church will be empty, guaranteed. Likewise, their offering plates will be empty too. 2 Timothy 4:3 says, "For there will come a time when people will not be able to accept sound teaching. Instead, to fulfill their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itchy ears want to hear. " If the Preacher doesn't preach what his members' itchy ears want to hear, the members will leave one by one before the service is over. Politically correct preachers are very popular today.
Again, 2 Timothy 4:3 says, For the time is coming when people will no longer be able to accept sound teaching, but they will gather together teachers according to their own will to satisfy the desire of their ears.” And now the time has come! We are surrounded by Jesus' salesmen who teach EMPTY teachings that I had never heard before when I was a child. They promise that once we are saved, we are saved forever. What are the terms and conditions to be saved forever? They would never honestly tell us what they are. Did Jesus make these promises? Did Adam and Eve get eternal life? Did Lucifer get eternal life? No! Why not? Again, I want to ask you did Jesus make these warranties of salvation without terms? Or did it come out of the mouths of liars who sold Jesus? I believe what Jesus said! Why? Because Jesus is my God, my Savior. Another idea that was widely spread by Jesus' salesmen was the idea that when Jesus was nailed on the cross, we could no longer sin. That was the most ridiculous teaching that I have ever heard in my life. Did Jesus say this? Did He make this promise, or was this promise made by the "chosen" disciple of Jesus, Judas Iscariot? In the Lord's Prayer, Jesus teaches us to ask for forgiveness for our sins. Why should we waste our breath when we pray for forgiveness if we can't sin anymore? Why? Does it make any sense?
Brethren, if you hear your Pastor or your Bible teacher say about the promises that Jesus made without any terms, distance yourself from them quickly. Lord, save us from politically correct preachers!
