IF YOU LOVE ME

Jesus said, "If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray to the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever, "the Spirit of truth,” whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. On that day you will know that I [am] in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. Jesus said that if we love Him we will keep His commandments. And when we do, He will send to us the Holy Spirit to help us do what He wants us do for Him, and give us the strength and faith to stay on course until the end of time.
He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.” Matthew 14:15-24. The world does not know Him because He manifests Himself to His people as the Defender of God's Ten Commandments, while the rest of the world ignores Him. Jesus manifests Himself to everyone as the defender of every law-abiding citizen who loves Him. Jesus manifests Himself to all who love Him in His own way. Our relationship with Jesus is not the same as the relationship between Jesus and the world.
Our relationship with Jesus is a special relationship, unlike the relationship between God and the people whom He had destroyed during the time of Noah - a sorry relationship.
Today, I want to discuss with my readers what Jesus said in Matthew 14:15-24. I suspect that Matthew 14:15-24 is one of the many verses that Jesus said that are often not quoted by today's preachers in the church. I want you to read the words slowly so you understand what Jesus said, word by word. And not only that, but I also hope that you can understand the correct implication or interpretation of what He said.

This article is about “If you love Jesus”. If you don’t love Jesus yet, read it anyway, tonight or tomorrow. You might fall in love with Jesus by tomorrow. Jesus said, "If you love Me, keep My commandments”. That is the theme of this article.
What is the evidence that we love Jesus? Jesus said that keeping His commandments shows that we love Him. If we say that we love Jesus but we do not keep His commandments, that is evidence that we are full of old intestinal waste. If we say that we love Jesus and we keep His commandments, He will send us a Helper, the Holy Spirit. If we don't keep His commandments but think that we have the Holy Spirit in us what does that tell you?
That is evidence that you may also have a significant amount of old intestinal waste in you that must be discharged immediately.
The apostle James said, “For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one [point], he is guilty of all.” James 2:10. The whole law comes in a package, and we shall keep the whole law and not parts of the whole law. Why then are there still Christians who do not keep the whole law? I think there are believers who still love to live in sin. So, they pick and choose which law they want to violate, and which they want to keep. They do not understand what Jesus said in Matthew 10:28:
"And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” They don’t know what is coming to them. But Satan knows. And that is one reason why Satan works diligently, 24/7/365, to deceive us all so that we can continue to live in sin, 24/7/365, until Judgement Day arrives.
Jesus said in John 7:7, "The world cannot hate you, but it hates Me because I testify of it that its works are evil." Do you know why they are called "evil"? Because they are in violation of God's laws and commandments. Now then, as God's preachers and ministers, should we not support God's laws and commandments to discourage all forms of evil, such as lying, cheating, adultery, etc, instead of encouraging believers to do whatever they want to do? Is that not what we are doing when we tell precious souls that God's laws, the Ten Commandments are no longer valid because Jesus died on the cross? Why do we have to lie to hundreds or thousands of souls for whom Jesus had died so that we can send our children to a private school? Is that the reason why we are doing what we are doing to those precious souls so we can be rich and prosperous? Is living in an expensive home more important than those souls for whom Jesus had died?
