WHAT IS GRACE?

Many Christians in the world do not know what grace is or means. They think that grace is an excuse. They think that grace is an excuse for doing something that God forbids, such as adultery. They think that they can commit adultery under grace. They think that they can live in sin under grace. Jesus said, "If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast [it] from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast [it] from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.” Matthew 5:29-30. No, Brethren, grace is not an excuse for doing anything that the Bible prohibits us from doing. In fact, there is nothing that allows us to do what the Bible prohibits us from doing. Nothing, period. Read here what Jesus said, "But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast [it] from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish than for your whole body to be cast into hell.” Matthew 5:28-29. Here's more.. "If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast [it] from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than have two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire. And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast [it] from you. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire.” Matthew 18:8-9. Do you think that God will grant us grace if we do anything that He prohibits us from doing? No, never! Grace is not an excuse for doing something that God forbids us to do. For example, if a man commits adultery and asks God for grace because his testosterone level is too high do not ask God for grace. Why? Here's what Jesus said, "If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast [it] from you. In a similar situation, Jesus might say if your testicles cause you to sin, cut them off. It is better for you to enter into life with no testicles, rather than have two testicles, to be cast into everlasting fire. Do you know what eternal hellfire means? These words from Jesus are not an exaggeration. Not a hyperbole. When God said to Noah that He would send rain for 40 days and 40 nights and destroy everything He had created from the surface of the earth, was that a hyperbole? What God said all happened. Millions or billions of people drowned in great floods. Now you say that eternal hellfire is a hyperbole, right? Do we want to feel the eternal fire of hell, and then we will believe, right? Why do we have to be so stupid before we will believe it? Why?
You may have done a lot of good social work. You may have magically healed the blind so he can see. But if you do things that God forbids you from doing, if you do things against the Law, here’s what you will hear Him say to you when He returns, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23. Jesus rejects these men of great faith because they do not follow the law. They practice lawlessness.
Look Brothers and Sisters. You and I are just like baby ants and baby cockroaches compared to God. And you think that we can win the fight against Him? Go ahead, abolish all His laws and see what God will do to you and your children during the next 2-3 generations, if the world lasts that long. So, you still don’t know what grace is?
“Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every intent of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, ‘I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.’ But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.” Genesis 6:5-8. Do you know why Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord and the rest of the world perished? Because Noah did what God wanted him to do for God. He received his reward for doing what God wanted him to do for Him. So, grace is a reward and not an excuse for doing something wrong! What is an example of grace as an excuse? Here is an example of grace as an excuse. Paul wrote, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9.
But Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23.
Jesus rejects these men/women of great faith because they do not follow the law. They do not do what God tells them to do. They practice lawlessness.
Grace is a reward for doing what God wants us to do for Him. Grace is not an excuse for doing what He prohibits us from doing. If we don’t do what He wants us to do for Him the promises of grace from your church are a fraud or scam. Don’t buy scam grace from any preacher/church anywhere in the world!
The US prison population is 1,2 million. Why that many? Because they do not follow the law. I estimate that when Jesus returns there will be millions of Christians with great faith who will be rejected by Jesus. Why? Because they use grace as an excuse to do what God prohibits them from doing. They do not follow the law. They practice lawlessness.
Grace is like a sedative. It is a pain killer. It numbs the pain of sin. People who live in sin under grace often live in sin until they die. Rarely do they repent. Why? Because they don't feel the pain of sin under grace. They keep doing what they have been doing. Why? Because grace numbs their guilty conscience. They feel that they have done nothing seriously wrong. They believe that their sin will be covered by "grace". People who feel that they have done nothing wrong will never repent, never! They can never repent.
