IF
Jesus Christ said, "If you love Me, keep My commandments.” John 14:15. Why does Jesus want us to keep His commandments? Because in His commandments (words) can we find the will of God, and nowhere else. Do we love Jesus Christ, the Jesus who Christians say have died to redeem our sin? If we say we do, Jesus wants us to keep His commandments. But do we keep His commandments? No, we do not. We abolished all of His laws and commandments. We threw His words in the thrash. Don't we know that His words are the Holy Spirit? Whose words do we keep? We keep Paul’s commandments, an UNKNOWN spirit. Isn’t that strange, we say that we love Jesus who has died to redeem our sins, but we follow Paul who has never done anything to pay for our sin. In fact, he showed us how to abolish God's commandments in Ephesians 2:8-10. Jesus wants us to keep His commandments, and Paul wants us to abolish all of God’s commandments. How on earth can we know what the will of God is if we abolish His words?
Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Mathew 7:21-23.
Jesus rejects these men/women of great faith because they did not do the will of God. Christians claim that they love Jesus, but they follow Paul. The apostle Paul is their Shepherd.
What do you call people who say one thing and do another thing? Jesus called them hypocrites, just like the Pharisees. Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach." Matthew 23:1-3. Jesus warned us to watch out for false Christian pastors and preachers who do not practice what they preach. They say that they love Jesus who had died to redeem their sin, but they follow Paul and not Jesus. What a shame.
Paul had done nothing for them other than to set them free from keeping Jesus’ commandments. But Jesus wants us to keep His commandments if we love Him. Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples, 'The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.'" Matthew 23:1-3.
"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. "You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?” Mathew 7:15-16.
What are their fruits? Here are their fruits; They do not practice what they preach. They say that they love Jesus, but they follow Paul.

Finally, brothers and sisters, have you ever wondered why Jesus said IF you love Me keep my commandments? He knows that Christians don't love Him. They just borrow His name.
Lord Jesus, when you return remember to take us and our loved ones home with you. Thank you.
