THE WILL OF MY FATHER

Today I want to talk a little bit about why Jesus repeatedly used the words “the will of My Father” in His conversation that is often quoted in the Bible. Jesus said,  "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23. Do you know why? I believe the reason why Jesus stated “the will of My Father in heaven” was because He wanted to make a clear distinction between His will and His Father’s will. He wanted us to understand why the difference. Why? First, because His will may or may not be worded exactly the same as His Father’s will. Second, He knew that some of His followers will abolish His will (words) after He died on the cross. But if He said the will of My Father, nobody can maliciously change His words/will after Jesus died because YHWH has never died. And so, as we already know, Christians have abolished Jesus' words and commandments after Jesus died on the cross. But they were wrong, because My Father has never died, and the will of My Father stands strong. Jesus rejected the men/women of great faith described in Matthew 7:21-23 because they were not doing the will of Jesus' Father. They we living in sin. To illustrate, Jesus said, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.” John 13:34. And so, John 13:34 does not replace the will of God the Father. John 13:34 is in addition to the will of Jesus' Father. Jesus’ death on the cross, therefore, has zero effect on the validity of the will of Jesus’ Father. If it does, why did Jesus reject these men/women of great faith, described in Matthew 7:21-23, on Judgment Day, long after Jesus had already died? And so, the idea that Jesus' death has abolished all of the words of Jesus described in the Gospel of Jesus is nonsense, and makes no sense at all!. That means, that based on what Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23, our salvation will depend on whether or not we have fully complied with the will of Jesus’ Father, and not on the will of Paul, or our will. I know that some Christians cannot or will not accept this truth, but what can Jesus do? What can God do if Adam and Eve still want to eat the fruits that God had told them not to eat. Nothing, other than to evict them, and took salvation away from both of them.
Finally, do we know what the will of Jesus’ Father in Heaven is? Who is Jesus’ Father? Let me introduce Him to you, again.
“Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every intent of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them." But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.” Genesis 6:5-8.
The will of Jesus' Father, YHWH, was given to and through Moses to his followers - THE TEN COMMANDMENTS.
Finally, Jesus said, "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28. There is NO grace for living in sin, none whatsoever. If there is, those men/women of great faith described in Matthew 7:21-23 are saved. But God did not save them.
