What is prevenient grace? Does any of my readers know what it is? I had no idea what it meant until now, a couple of minutes ago. Preachers, pastors, ministers, and Bible teachers from every Christian denomination know or should have known that faith plays no role in our salvation. How do I know that? “And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is [the Book] of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works , by the things that were written in the books.” Revelation 20:12. Today I am going to write something that I hope will make nobody mad at me. This article is for my friends who are pastors and preachers. Pastors and preachers are expected to be the spiritual doctors of people who hear or come in contact with them. As such, they must be familiar with the Biblical terms used in the Bible. For instance, when they say that Isaac was saved because of the faith of Abraham, they must make sure that the faith of Abraham saves Isaac, and not something else. What does the Bible say that saves Isaac? “And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son. But the Angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, "Abraham, Abraham!"
