SATAN THE ACCUSER
“Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, ‘Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.'” Revelation 12:10.
Revelation 12:10 says that when Jesus returns Satan, our accuser, will finally be cast down where he can no longer deceive us, or give us any more problems. Jesus said to the Pharisees, "You are of [your] father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own [resources], for he is a liar and the father of it.” John 8:44. Jesus says, "You are of [your] father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do." What is it that the devil wants us to do? Satan wants us to ignore all of God's commandments. Why? Because the devil wants to draw us away from God's love. Jesus said, "If you love Me, keep My commandments." John 14:15. Keeping His commandments is evidence that we love Him.
"He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, "Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?" Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me." John 14:15,21-24. Adam and Eve lost eternal life because they disobeyed God. They did not love God. Jesus does not want to have anything to do with people who don't love Him. That is the message in John 14:15,21-24.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” 1 Peter 5:8.
Brothers and Sisters, do we know that Satan is our chief accuser who accuses us before God day and night, like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour? Do we know that? Are you sure that you know that? If you know that, good for you. And Satan wants us dead! The only reason why we are still alive is because God protects us from Satan for a reason that only He knows.

Do you know that God is our Chief Defender? And He will defend us vigorously against Satan’s accusations if they have no merits. Do we know that? Do you know that? Jesus, however, will listen to Satan’s accusations that do have merits. For example, if Satan accuses us for violating God’s commandments, those accusations have merits. And God will hear Satan’s accusations until such time when He decides to hand us over to the authority of Satan. Do we know when that time will be? Yes, that's when He finds that we can no longer repent. Only God knows when that time will be when He finds that we can no longer repent. Do we know that? Do you know that? When God finds that we can no longer repent, He will give us to Satan!
There are at least three things that we can do before God hands us over to the authority of Satan. If we have offended God, ask Him to forgive us. If we have offended another brother or sister, ask him or her to forgive us. Finally, repent! God bless.
