LAWLESSNESS PRACTITIONER
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” Matthew 24:35
In Matthew 5:19 Jesus said, "Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches [them], he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Many Christians believe that His commandments expired when Jesus died on the cross. That was the reason, they say, why they no longer observe or keep His commandments. But Jesus said, "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” Matthew 24:35. In other words, His words are permanent. His commandments do not change from day to day. No one has His permission to ignore or change His laws - none!
"Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” Matthew 5:17-18
In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'”
What is the will of God the Father? His will is that we follow the law and not circumvent or ignore His law. His will is that we honor His commandments and follow Him. If we ignore His law, He sees us as rotten tomatoes.
Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.” John 10:27-28
Do we hear His voice, or do we hear Satan’s voice? Do we follow Satan, or do we follow Jesus?
The promise “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand” is given only to MY SHEEP who hears MY VOICE. It is given to Jesus’ sheep who hear His voice and follow Him, and not to any sheep who can only say `Lord, Lord’ but discarded His will in the trash.
What is His will? Jesus said in John 14:15, "If you love Me, keep My commandments."
