WORK OR GRACE?

Debates have been raging for years or centuries over the issue of work vs grace. Hard-headed Paul fanatics persist, even among the Seventh Day Adventists, that Paul was right when he wrote that we are saved by grace, and not work. James and Jesus, on the other hand, said that we are saved by work. Read here what Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.  "Many will say to Me in that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' Matthew 7:21-23. Many who say  `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name' are not saved because they cannot show work that God can accept. They are lawbreakers. They do not do work that God will accept. In Revelation 3:15-17 God said, "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. "So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. "Because you say, `I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing' and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.” What did God say? He said I know your work. Know our what? He said He knows our work. We are not doing work that He can accept. And because of that He will vomit us out of His mouth. Even if we are already saved in His mouth, if we cannot produce work that He can accept, He will vomit us out of His mouth and revoke our salvation. Salvation is conditional. “Once saved forever saved,” therefore, is a bunch of lies. That nonsense is used by preachers to keep money flowing into the church treasurer week after week. They are no different than car salesmen. That’s my opinion.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:15, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 says, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, [because] they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn [their] ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.” “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” 1 John 4:1
