BE CAUTIOUS!
We should always be careful when contacting any software company through the Internet for support. Because we don’t know who they are, and we don’t know their level of knowledge or competence. They may be just luring us onto the Internet to trap us. They know what we are looking for. How do they know that? They have been watching us closely day and night. Don’t go there! And don’t give them permission to enter your computer remotely to fix any issue. As I said, they may be luring and waiting to trap us, and they know that they can trap you. Ask them if they can help you just by chatting on the phone.
If they say no, hang up the phone and call their official support number if there is another number. If you let them enter your computer remotely, be prepared to buy a new computer. A good desktop or laptop is not cheap. Do not trust anyone that you meet on the Internet!

You will regret it if you allow deplorables to enter remotely into your computer by using some hacking software! Don’t go there.
