ZERO TOLERANCE

Jesus said, "If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast [it] from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than have two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire. And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast [it] from you. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire.” Matthew 18:8-9.
Do these two verses above sound to you that Jesus has any tolerance toward sin at all? If you say no, then why do you think people say that Jesus will allow us to live in sin under grace? Whose grace is it, Jesus’ grace, or  Paul’s grace? I heard someone say from Paul. So, are we living in sin under Paul’s grace? Are we?
Jesus said, "Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48.
Does this verse sound to you that Jesus has any tolerance for sin? If you say no, then why are people still living in sin? Are they living under Paul’s grace, again?
Brothers and Sisters, we don’t have to live in sin under anyone’s grace. Jesus implied in Matthew 18:8-9 that He has no tolerance whatsoever for sin. So, what do we do? What do I do? The word REPENT is my answer.
Anytime I talked about the word REPENT I remembered my pastor whom I have followed for decades.
He divorced and left his old wife in exchange for a new and younger wife half his age. Does he know that by divorcing his older wife, he and his old wife and his new wife have committed adultery when they have sex with their new partner unless a partner has died as the reason for the divorce or separation?
That’s what Jesus said. You can read the Bible yourself in any language that you prefer, Hebrew, Tagalog, Chinese, Arabic, English, or Indonesian, any language makes no difference. Here’s the law about divorce that you may have missed or not be aware of.

The Pharisees came and asked Him, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce [his] wife?" testing Him. And He answered and said to them, "What did Moses command you?" They said, "Moses permitted [a man] to write a certificate of divorce, and to dismiss [her]." And Jesus answered and said to them, "Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. "But from the beginning of the creation, God `made them male and female.'  `For this reason, a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and `the two shall become one flesh'; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. "Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate." In the house, His disciples also asked Him again about the same [matter]. So He said to them, "Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her. And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery." Mark 10: 2-12. Do you want to know why? Because Jesus does not allow divorces for any reason. If one of the partners commits adultery, forgive! Do not divorce, but forgive! God made it hard for us to divorce our spouses.

Jesus wants husbands and wives to stay together until either one dies. The reason why Moses allowed divorce was because of the hardness of our hearts, Jesus said.

The law allowed divorces in the case of adultery. But once divorced, stay single and have no adultery with another man or woman.

"Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her. And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery."

Don’t get confused. Divorce is one thing, and adultery is another thing. They are not the same. Divorce is not prohibited by law, but adultery is prohibited by God's law.

Brethren, we can do whatever we want. Jesus will judge the living and the dead on Judgment Day.

Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23.

Jesus said to these men of great faith that not every man who says Lord, Lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven but he who does the will of the Father. What is the will of Jesus’ Father? The will of the Father is that we follow His Law. The will of the Father is that we keep His Law. And because these men of great faith practice lawlessness, Jesus rejected them. They do not practice God’s laws. They practice their own laws. And their own laws are no laws! That’s exactly what Satan also wants, no laws!

Do you see any grace in Matthew 7:21-23? No! Why not? Because grace is a reward. Grace is not an excuse for doing something that the law forbids. Grace is never an excuse, never! Grace as an excuse was invented by the preachers. Do you see grace as a reward in the case of Lucifer and billions of his angels? No. Do you see any grace in the case of Adam and Eve? No. Do you see any grace in the case of billions of souls who perished during the big flood? No. Do you know why? Because grace is a reward. Lucifer, Adam and Eve, and those who perished during the big flood deserve punishment, not reward.

The U.S. prison population is about 1.2 million. Do you know why that many? Because they do not follow the law.

I predict that when Jesus returns, there will be millions of Christians who will be rejected because they practice lawlessness. (Matthew 7:21-23). They do not follow the law.
