PICK YOUR DOOR
Jesus said to Thomas, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6.
Readers, do you understand what Jesus said? Jesus said that no one can go to heaven except through Him.
Jesus said to us, "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” John 10:9. Brethren, are you searching for salvation? Are you looking for eternal life? Search no more. Don’t look for Paul. Don’t look for Peter. Don’t look for anyone else, but look for Jesus because He is the Door to salvation. "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” John 10:9. Satan offers us many dummy doors that look like real doors. But Jesus offers us only one genuine door to salvation, and that door is Jesus Himself. Could you tell which is the dummy door and which is the genuine door?
Jesus said, "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide [is] the gate and broad [is] the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow [is] the gate and difficult [is] the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:14-14. Are we among the many who go in the wide road that leads to destruction, or are we among the few who go through the narrow and difficult road that leads to life?
Here is a picture of Jesus' narrow road (door), "If you love Me, keep My commandments. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.” John 14:15,21,23-24.
Here is a picture of Paul’s broad road (door), “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9.
Brothers and Sisters. Here's your choice, narrow door or wide door; narrow road or wide road. Pick your choice wisely. God bless.
