WHY MUST WE BE PERFECT?

"Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48. Why must we be perfect? Why did God of the New Testaments say that we shall be perfect? Do you know why? If you don't know, don't worry. I believe millions of Christians don’t know the answer either. In fact, another one billion more Christians are laughing at me for suggesting that we can be perfect. Go ahead, laugh as long as they want, or as loud as they want. I don’t care. We do not care! I believe that the primary reason why God wants us to be perfect is so that we can know what God’s will is. God wants us to be perfect so that we can understand what the will of God is. He has secrets that He wants to share with us. But unless we are perfect as Daniel, Moses, Enoch, Job, and His other prophets in the Old Testaments, He will share nothing with us! Why? Because we are not ready to receive and understand His secrets. Look at these billions of Christians of today. They think that the will of God is to abolish all of His commandments. Do you know why? Because they are imperfect. They do not understand the will of God. Look at these men and women of great faith described in Matthew 7:21-23. They don't know what the will of God is either. They don't understand what the will of God is. They only understand the will of Paul in Ephesians 2:8-9. Knowing His will, and doing His will is what will save us. If we don’t know what His will is, and, or if we don’t do what He wants us to do, our titles are not worth a crap! We can call ourselves Reverend, Pastor, Preacher, Apostle, Disciple, anything, unless we know and do what He wants us to do God doesn’t know us. Look here at what He said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23.
Look at these men/women of great faith. They misunderstood the will of God, and God rejected them. No excuses. What do you think God will do to those who intentionally abolish the will of God? You understand what I am saying? If you don't, be patient, Jesus will explain to you when He comes on Judgment Day.

The sudden appearance of Jesus is a surprise. But to hear Him say `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' is a SHOCK!

I believe that when Jesus returns millions or billions of Christians of great faith all over the world will be surprised and shocked when they hear Jesus say to them, `I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' Matthew 7:21-23. Why? Because they do not know the will of God. They have flushed the will of God in the toilet, and replaced them with their will.
Lord, I often sleep past midnight and sit in front of my computer at four or five o’clock in the morning when I am awake. Why? Because I want the world and my children to know and do your will. You have saved my life from falling off a steep cliff when I was driving in the mountains of Indonesia. Lord, give me health and strength so I can  continue to do your will until you pick me up and my loved ones to live with you forever. Let your will be done. I will always love you.
In conclusion, I want to leave this two important truths with my readers. We can become perfect only if we HATE sin! Amen. "Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:48.
"He who says, 'I know Him,' and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him." 1 John 2:4-5.
