Jesus is God’s personal representative on earth, God’s Son from heaven who came to the world to save us but not to judge us. God the Father is the God who will make the final determination whether we will live with Him in heaven or not. Jesus has come into the world as a light so that we will not remain in darkness. If we do not believe what Jesus said He will not judge us, but His words will judge us on the last day. Brothers and sisters, God the Father will judge us when Jesus returns, not Jesus. Millions of His angels will be witnesses for or against us. Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Doing the will of God the Father means WORK, WORK, AND MORE WORK! "Many will say to Me on that day, `Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” Matthew 7:21-23.
Jesus wants us to do what? He wants us to do the will of His Father in heaven. Forget about the apostle Paul! Why? Because he wants you and me to practice lawlessness or ignore the law.
Read Galatians 2:16 if you don’t believe me. Paul wants us to forget about the law, and believe what he says on faith.
These men/women of great faith of Matthew 7:21-23 all have big faith, but they are lawbreakers, and God the Father sends them all to hell for ignoring the law.. Jesus is the witness. Believe in God the Father NOW. Where can we find Jesus’ words? In the first four gospels of the New Testament. The words of God the Father will also judge us. Every Christian will be judged by the words of God the Father and by the words of Jesus Christ which He received from God the Father. The apostle Paul wrote, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9. The apostle Paul says faith and no work will take us to heaven. But Jesus said, again, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
Jesus said that faith and breaking the laws will take us to hell, for sure! So, who is misleading us? Paul or Jesus? Readers, I write daily with not a penny of help from any of my readers, not because I am rich and have no work to do. I write because I hate to see my brothers and sisters deceived by God’s enemy #1.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour”.1 Peter 5:8. And this is how the devil can devour us. The apostle Paul says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9.
But Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
Millions, or billions of Christians of great faith who can cast out demons and do wonderful work in the name of Jesus will be rejected by Jesus when He returns not because they had no faith, but because they were lawbreakers who followed Paul’s advice in Galatians 2:16 to ignore the law. Read what else Paul wrote starting in Romans 7:1-4, “Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to [her] husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of [her] husband. So then if, while [her] husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God.” Paul, do you know who gave us the law? It was God the Father, not Jesus Christ! Jesus can die 10 times, but we are still bound by the law. Why? Because God the Father, the Author of the law, NEVER dies.
God says, "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward [is] with Me, to give to every one according to his work. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, [the] Beginning and [the] End, the First and the Last." Blessed [are] those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside [are] dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book.” Revelation 22:12-15, 18,19.
