IN DEFENCE OF PAUL
Some of my readers asked me if I have anything positive to say about the apostle Paul? My opinion really doesn't matter because I am not one of the disciples of Jesus. I am not one of the disciples whom Jesus had chosen. Who were the disciples whom Jesus had chosen? The twelve disciples of Jesus were Simon Peter, Andrew, James, John, Philip, Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew, James (son of Alphaeus), Thaddaeus, Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot. Was Paul one of the disciples whom Jesus had chosen? No, he wasn’t as far as I know. Even IF he was, there is NO guarantee that he is not another Judas Iscariot. There is no guarantee that he will not betray Jesus. Even IF he was chosen, there is no guarantee that he will not betray his Master just like Judas Iscariot. Betrayal of His Master, God, is the work of Satan.
When you betray someone, Jesus, who has entrusted you, that is EVIL. That is the work of the Devil, a Traitor.
The ‘apostle’ Paul wrote, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9. Paul wrote that we are saved by faith in Jesus alone, and not by doing the will of God, or works of the LAW. The apostle James, however, disagreed with Paul and wrote, “What [does it] profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?” “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” James 2:14,17.
In other words, how can we honor our parents by faith in Jesus alone? How can we not kill by faith in Jesus only? How can we keep the Sabbath holy by faith in Jesus only? Is that why followers of Paul don't keep the Ten Commandments? Whose fault is it? Paul asked us to do work by faith in Jesus only. How can anybody do any work by faith in Jesus only? That is crazy! Do you understand, bro? Insane people do illogical things, people say.
Jesus said, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.” "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one title will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled”. Matthew 5:17-18.
Paul wants to abolish the LAW. Paul wrote, "knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.” Galatians 2:16.
WRONG! If Adam and Eve were obedient to God and followed the LAW, women who give birth to twins or triplets would not be screaming and crying. “I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children." Genesis 3:16. God cursed Adam and Eve.
So, who is that voice from heaven who talked to Paul?
