THE CROSS
Readers, we already know there is no saving power in the thief on the cross, none. It was a misunderstanding. Now I am going to show to you that there's no saving power in the cross either. A cross can save no one. What then can save us? Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.“ Matthew 7:21. There is no saving power in the cross. The saving power comes when we listen to Jesus, the Man who was once crucified on the cross, and when we do what He says. Remember the Lord’s prayer? “Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, [that] one of His disciples said to Him, "Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples." So He said to them, "When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom comes. Your will be done on earth as [it is] in heaven.” Luke 11:1-2. Whose will be done? The will of God the Father, and not the will of Saul of Tarsus. I am sure many of my readers still remember why Adam and Eve lost eternal life. They did not do the will of God the Father. They did the will of “Saul of Tarsus” and ignored the will of Jesus’ Father. What have we learned from reading the Bible, nothing? What a waste of time.
The thief on the cross knew that Jesus was the Messiah. “One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” Jesus saved him because he has faith in Jesus ONLY, and not in other gods, like Saul of Tarsus. Look readers, we say that we have faith in Jesus and Jesus’ Father. Some of us swore that we have faith in Jesus.
But why are we following Saul of Tarsus, why? Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, `Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. “ Matthew 7:21. Saul of Tarsus said, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9.
We say that we have faith in Jesus, but why are we following Saul of Tarsus? Are we LIARS?
Am I surprised? No, I am not surprised! People who don’t believe in the Ten Commandments will not hesitate to lie.
In Luke 23:34 Jesus said while hanging dying on the cross, "Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." Jesus forgives the sins of those who crucified Him. He did not say that He forgives my sins or your sins. Where then is the saving power of the cross? None. Where is the saving power of the thief on the cross? There is NONE! Jesus has never said there is a saving power on the cross. Or if there is a saving power in the story about the thief on the cross. The only saving power is when we do the will of Jesus’ Father.
Jesus said in Matthew 7:21 : "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven". So, again, the saving power is in doing the will of God the Father. Do my readers understand what I am saying?
How can we do the will of Jesus’s Father? Through practice. When we practice, we can achieve perfection.
Jesus said in John 14:15, "If you love Me, keep My commandments. If we don’t keep His commandments, don’t lie and say that we love Jesus. If we love Saul of Tarsus, don’t lie and say that we love Jesus. The saving power is in the Ten Commandments. Don’t get discouraged if we fail. Failure should not discourage us from doing our best. Keep doing our best. Through practice we can become perfect.

Through practice we will become perfect. Keep on practicing God's commandments, the will of Jesus' Father. God bless.
